How To Clear A Sinus Infection With 3 Natural Remedies
I recently had a really bad sinus infection and within 24 hours of using a couple natural remedies my nasal infection was cleared! Essentially, I used a syringe to push water, sea salt and colloidal silver (nano-silver) through my nasal cavity and the sea salt and colloidal silver killed all the bad bacteria. My sinus infection was completely gone within 24 hours! Flushing out the nasal cavity with a solution of water, sea salt and colloidal silver is a very safe and effective way to treat a sinus infection that does not include the use of antibiotics. If you have nasal congestion or a sinus infection, I recommend giving this sinus infection natural remedy a try!
Rheumatoid arthritis is like other disease conditions of the body: when given the right conditions, the body can heal itself. Adopting a healthy lifestyle is the first step to reversing rheumatoid arthritis, and in the video above I share 3 specific natural remedies that, when properly followed, can help the body heal of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Rheumatoid arthritis has a complicated set of root causes and they all need to be addressed in order for the body to heal. However, there is hope, and remember – the word “cure” simply means the body figured out to heal.
Rheumatoid Arthritis is treatable, and it can be reversed. If not all the way, at least significantly, when someone follows the healthy lifestyle. I have three specific remedies that I’m going to give you that, if you follow them and you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, you have a really good chance of either completely reversing Rheumatoid Arthritis, or at least significantly improving your health. So, let’s get started.
Number one, you want to go see a naturopathic doctor. That is, by far, the absolute most important thing that you can do for yourself, is to go visit a naturopathic doctor. A naturopathic doctor specializes in uncovering the root cause of health problems. So, whereas a medical doctor is going to say “Yeah, you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, let me give you some drugs and treat the symptoms”, a naturopathic doctor is going to look at your symptoms, go “Yeah, you have RA, but let’s try to figure out what’s going on that’s causing all of these different symptoms.” Generally speaking, there’s a lot going on. It is not an easy thing to treat. I know this from talking with naturopathic doctors.
So, let’s get into what a naturopathic doctor is. A naturopathic doctor attended a four year post-graduate medical school where they learned basically the same stuff that a medical doctor learns, and they learn natural remedies, and how to treat the root cause of health issues. So, when you go see a naturopathic doctor, you’re visiting someone who has an extensive amount of training in the health sciences. A licensed naturopathic doctor is someone who can order and interpret labs. They can treat and diagnose disease. They basically are on par with a medical doctor, the only difference is they’re using natural remedies.
So, to find a naturopathic doctor in your area, what you want to do is Google naturopathic doctor and your city, and look and see what comes up. That’s one option. In Washington state they’re called naturopathic physicians, so you might want to try that phrase as well in your Google search. Your other option is you can go to a website called realizehealth.org, and there’s a whole list of naturopathic doctors on there as well. You can do a search on that website for a naturopathic doctor as well.
Number two has to do with taking some supplements. The gut in people who have RA is usually very compromised. There’s all kinds of problems going on with the gut. When you take a supplement called Probiotics, which is friendly bacteria, you’re actually helping the gut heal. Now, there’s a lot more that needs to happen besides that, and your naturopathic doctor is going to tell you about that, but you can get going right now. So, probiotics, because it’s friendly bacteria that helps heal your gut. Digestive enzymes, because there’s usually digestive issues going on simultaneously. Digestive enzymes help digest food, and one other supplement to take is fish oil. Fish oil helps reduce inflammation, and RA has a lot of inflammation going on. So, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and fish oil. That’s number two.
Number three has to do with your food. This part is critical. It’s absolutely critical. You have to change your diet, and when I say change your diet, I mean probably a radical change. What that means is this, you want to eat whole, organic food all the time. You want to get rid of processed foods. A lot of people don’t know what processed means, so I’m going to help you understand it. Bread is processed. Pasta is processed. Muffins are processed. Bagels are processed. Anything that comes out of a box or a can is processed food, or a bag, such as bread. You want to get rid of all of that. You want to get rid of all the diet soda, all the Coke, all the sugar. Anything with sugar in it has to go. If you want to get better, you have to change your diet. There is no way around it. You just have to. If you put poor nutrition in, or no nutrition into your body on a regular basis, and you put poison into your body on a regular basis, you’re not going to get better. You have to put in really good food. Good food is whole, organic food. Stuff you find in the produce section on a very regular, if not very daily basis. So, that’s number three.
Let’s recap. One, visit a naturopathic doctor and follow the protocol that the naturopathic doctor gives you. It’s not like Western medicine. You don’t go to a naturopathic to be prescribed a drug and then go home after that! You actually have to do some work when you visit a naturopathic doctor, but if you want to get better, follow the protocol. You will get better. That’s number one, find a naturopathic doctor and follow their protocol. Number two, take probiotics, digestive enzymes, and fish oil. Number three, change your diet to a whole foods diet, organic diet. Get rid of all the processed food. Get rid of everything that has any kind of chemical whatsoever in it, and you will start to get better. I guarantee it. You can find organic food and supplements at a health food store: find one near you and start shopping there if you want to get healthy.
OK, I have a couple videos to share with you. The first one is with Dr. Angela Agrios, ND. She’s a naturopathic doctor here in Los Angeles. I interviewed her quite a few years ago about Rheumatoid Arthritis, and she gave a great interview. I highly recommend watching it, especially if you have Rheumatoid Arthritis. What you might want to know is she has since seen quite a few patients from that video, and they’ve gotten better. It’s not easy to treat RA. This I know, so you really do have to follow the protocol. You really do have to change your diet. You really do have to take the supplements. You really have to do everything that’s recommended. Watch her Rheumatoid Arthritis treatment video, learn a little bit more. Then find a naturopathic doctor in your area.
The second video is of me talking about Western medicine versus natural medicine. When the body has the right conditions, it can heal. If you want to learn a little bit more about how the body can heal when given the right conditions, that’s a great video to watch.

Suffer no more! In this video I share four natural remedies I have personally used to stop my own leg cramps and foot cramps, and they really work! If you suffer from leg cramps or foot cramps, watch the video to find out what you can do to stop those cramps almost as soon as they start!
My leg and foot cramps started to appear many, many years ago. My only remedy at the time was to rub them out or walk them out, and that could take a long time. All the while I was in pain. A lot of pain! My right foot especially would cramp up, even when driving, and that would force me to immediately stop the car, get out, and walk around until it stopped. Very bad. Of course, the cramps happened at night as well, like they do with a lot of people. Then, I visited a naturopathic doctor and not only learned about some of the causes, but also some remedies that would help stop the pain, almost immediately.
Leg cramps and foot cramps can be caused by many things but a few common are poor circulation, lack of electrolytes (minerals) and cold feet. I discovered that I had really poor circulation, and so that certainly contributed to the issue. I would later find out that exercising depletes the body of electrolytes (minerals), especially magnesium, potassium and calcium. So does sitting in a hot sauna or steam room because lots of perspiring will deplete the body of electrolytes. Of course, rigorous exercise also causes perspiration. It just so happens that if you can get electrolytes back into the body you can also stop the leg cramps and stop the foot cramps.
Before I share the natural remedies for leg cramps and foot cramps, I want to emphasize that if you suffer from either of these cramps on any kind of regular basis, it would be in your best interest to visit a naturopathic doctor to find out why so that the cause can be treated. For example, I know for me it is due, in part, to poor circulation, and to that end, my doctor has worked with me extensively so that my circulation is much better now (naturally, of course). I still get leg and foot cramps, but they are much less frequent, and I now know how to stop them when they do occur. You can find a naturopathic doctor at www.realizehealth.org or simply Google “naturopathic doctor” and your city and state to find one.
NATURAL REMEDIES FOR LEG CRAMPS & FOOT CRAMPS Cuprum 30c – A Homeopathic Remedy Cuprum is homeopathic copper, and it’ll stop most cramping within two minutes. Homeopathy is energy medicine and works at an energetic level on the body. Find Cuprum at your local health food store. I’ve used the 200c with success as well.
Ultima Electrolyte Replenisher I’ve been using this brand of electrolyte replenisher for a few years now, and in fact, I drink it nearly every day. If I spend time at the sauna or have had a heavy workout, and get cramps after going to bed, I know that my electrolytes have been depleted and so I get up and take a couple scoops of this Ultima in water, along with the Cuprum. It really helps. You can find it at most health food stores. Their website: http://ultimareplenisher.com
Calm Magnesium Magnesium helps to relax muscle, and from that point of view, also helps to relieve leg cramps and foot cramps. The Calm brand of magnesium is recommend by my doctor and I know that it quickly gets into the body. It helps make going to sleep easier, and will also help loosen stool, which is particularly good for people who have constipation issues. Calm magnesium is an excellent brand and I’ve been using it for many years. Here is their website: http://naturalvitality.com
Stops Leg & Foot Cramps In About One Minute I recently found this remedy in a health food store and was intrigued by the product name and the claim, so I bought it to test it myself. I am happy to report, that it does, in fact, work! I have since talked with a worker at the health food store who said other customers have had great luck with this product as well. The ingredients of this product are just apple coder vinegar, ginger and garlic, which are all loaded with potassium. It’s not in all health food stores, so if you go to their website you can use their store locator to find it near you or purchase it online: http://www.stopslegcramps.com
